Sex advice: He’s worried about his sperm count
DEAR ISADORA: I am a man of 27 who hopes to marry and have a family someday. When I was a teenager, I was hit in the groin by a baseball and I worry that I may have become sterile from that injury. Is there any way to check?
Answer: A sperm count is very easy to have done. Ask your doctor for a laboratory recommendation and bring a fresh sample of semen into the lab for a sperm count. That can tell immediately if there might be problems in the future.
